Faina is an ice skater of Led-Tepla, who is mute and communicates through English and Russian sign language. At times, she converses through writing.

She, despite her muteness, is expressive. She can get easily embarrased, causing to fumble on her sign language. However, on the inside, she is actually a fierce fighter mastering Taekwondo and can be often underestimated by her former classmates and teacher, the latter who had retired.
