Lotan is a sea leviathan, who was the last of the Sea Leviathan legion. He dwells under Aquarius City and remains there until he wants to reach the surface. His presence was always remained absent and caused fear to many passerbys, who have either never seen him, or heard rumors about him.
personality
The only word to describe Lotan is efficiency. He has a no-nonsense character, both as a sea leviathan and as a human. He was very isolated and serious, who sometimes can be very irritable. Despite his attitude and appearance, he was actually very understanding and an active listener.

FAMILY AND COMPANIONS
- Presta
- Their interactions consist of teasing from Presta and bickering from Lotan. He would encounter her, who was charmed by him and see through his intimidting stance and personality as a Sea Leviathan. As a result, the two have become close.
FRIENDS
- Goron, Ignar-Semyon and Zephyros
- His stoicism corresponds really well with Ignar-Semyon, despite their elemental differences. He was good acquintances with Goron, who respects him, and tolerates Zephyros, despite the latter being foolish through his vanity.

- Lotan has a hatred for pirates as they caused a massacre against his species, making him the last of his kind to survive.
- According to Presta, he is one of the few who knew about Presta's creativity in fashion. In addition, he refuses to admit his liking for Presta's custom outfits.
- Despite being isolated, he is a respectful individual when interacting between humans and familiars.
- He rarely smiles, but when he does, it's when he enjoys seafood, either high-end or cheap.
