1. GENERAL TERMS

• Because of my preference in the target audience/demographic, the customer must be legally 18+. I will NOT take those commissions if you are underage.
• All drawings and animations will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.
• There will be seven commission slots available. Please do not ask me to add yourself when the slots are full. So sign up ahead of time or wait until there’s another slot.
• Either ask or read the FAQ to see my limitations when commissioning for NSFW.
• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing or animating for any reason.

2. PAYMENT

• Currency accepted is in USD and can be paid through Ko-Fi or PayPal. I will only hand out the invoices to the customer. DO NOT ADD ANYTHING ON THE NOTES WHILE SENDING THE MONEY!!

3. PROCESS

• You will see work-in-progress and these images and animations will usually include watermark or signature, in the following order:

Artwork	Animation
Rough Sketch	Rough Layout
Lining	Key Animation
Coloring w/ Shading and Lighting	Color Filling
Effects and Filtering	Effects and Filtering

• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I will let you know asap.
• I am able to work on my drawings and animations at any time, except from Friday evening to Saturday evening.

4. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, LucAzura (the artist):
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):
• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels as long as I am credited.
• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece for merchandising (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
• In addition to the previous bulletin, you may NOT sell the commissioned artwork for NFTs.
• You may NOT ever alter my art by the use of AI.
• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.

The following is considered copyright infringement:
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
• Claiming the artwork as your own
• Removing my signature from the artwork
• Altering the artwork without my consent
I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

5. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

• I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!
• If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
• I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.

I draw both SFW and NSFW, and because I draw NSFW, there are limits in what I want and don't want to draw.

In NSFW cases:

• NTR/Netorare and Reverse NTR/Netorare
• Scat/Watersports
• Vore
• Underage/Pedophilia (Aged Up is fine)

Are you allowed to draw or animate my OCs?

Of course! Make sure you credit me when you do that!

Are you allowed to draw or animate my OCs in the NSFW version?

Absolutely, but I suggest you ask first.

Can we send you references?

Absolutely ^^ though, I prefer them to be fictional art, not IRL pictures.
